Mr. Urbanoski has dedicated his career to probate matters and assists clients on a range of topics including guardianships and conservatorships, durable power of attorney and health care proxy disputes, elder law issues, estate administration and probate litigation. In addition to his probate litigation practice Mr. Urbanoski accepts various fiduciary appointments including conservator, guardian, and personal representative appointments. Mr. Urbanoski has a depth of experience in the court room, and has successfully litigated contested matters in cases of elder abuse and self-neglect due to mental illness. A member of the Massachusetts Bar, Mr. Urbanoski received his B.A. in business management with a minor in economics, cum laude, from Emmanuel College, Boston, and his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School. Mr. Urbanoski is a member of the Boston Bar Association and Treasurer of the Massachusetts Guardianship Association.
